Supporting Paternal Mental Health

This week, I had the opportunity to write a blog for a friend and child sleep expert, Chelsea Dawson, M.PEd. Chelsea is the owner of Little Sleep Space, a business where she safely and knowledgeably guides parents and caregivers to more sleep for their whole family. Chelsea invited me to share my thoughts and advice on how to support new dads. With ten years of experience providing therapy, I’ve seen lots of dads who needed support during this major life transition. Head on over to Chelsea’s blog to learn some signs that a dad may be struggling in their new role, and how dads can support their partners as the whole family goes through the major transition of bringing new life into the world!
